The design-build team of AM Homes began years ago. Aaron often shares that he built his first two-story structure when he was just 12 years old. Sounds crazy, right? Well, it was a two-story wooden fort in the back yard, but it was so energizing that he knew he wanted to build from then on!
That love for creating and building has only grown over the decades. After a few hobby home projects, he decided to go work for a Kirkland based builder in 2005, overseeing the build out of many multi-lot home projects. In 2015, his lifelong dream finally came true, and he started his own company with his wife, Monica.
Monica holds a degree in Interior Design from Seattle Pacific University, and she has worked for cabinet suppliers, as well as for Seattle Builders. She specializes in kitchen and bath design - bringing a unique perspective to the modern, though sometimes monotonous, Seattle market. Together, they collaborate from concept to construction to final completion of a home that gives their clients a place to gather with friends and family.
When not designing and building, they are kept active with three teenagers who enjoy wrestling, skiing, boating and an array of other active Pacific Northwest outdoor activities.
